Site fee for exclusive use of day use of property, weddings and
group events: $1,500.00/weekend
Prime Rental Season Weekend/Weekdays/Weekly. Requires a minimum
two day stay.
Camping is available by the single day

Campsites $25/per person/per night Include bathroom amenities,
and use of the property, including the reservoir.
Kayaks and "whaler" fishing boat are available for rent.
Fishing day pass, normally $25/day,is INCLUDED for guests of the property.
Self-contained campers can be accommodated.
Dogs welcome! $25 additional fee. Please be courteous and pick up after your pets, and bring a leash in case our four legged friends do not get along as well as we do!
