Party Lanai:
30ft by 60ft.covered eating area, this hub includes a traditional
southwestern style in-ground pig-roasting/BBQ spit, and double restaurant
sink. The Party Lanai is ideal for serving meals in conjunction with
entertainment at the stage.

Stage:
Our 40’X 40’ stage is cooled and covered by a canopy of
arching and graceful madrone trees. There is an electrical sub panel
at the stage. Please discuss amperage needs for your specific sound
equipment..

Campsites $25/per
person/per night Include bathroom amenities, and use of the property,
including the reservoir. Kayaks and "whaler" fishing boat
are available for rent. Our day pass for fishing, normally $25/day,
is reduced to $18/day for guests of the property.
Self-contained campers can be accommodated.
Site fee for exclusive use of property: $1,500.00
Rental Season Rates require a two day stay.
